Cancellation Policy

At Golden Hour Spa, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations Made With At Least 24 Hours’ Notice: No penalty will be applied. Your deposit will be retained and applied to your rescheduled appointment. Cancellations Made With Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice or No-Shows: The deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. We understand that emergencies can happen, and we’ll do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. However, to maintain fairness and availability for all clients, this policy will be applied consistently. Thank you for your understanding and support!
